Straight from the Apple “Back to the Mac event” in their headquarters in Cupertino, CA, is iLife ’11! This looks like it is going to be really good because it is much more social now thanks to some closer knit Facebook integration. Streamlined function and hopefully faster with large image libraries gives me something to look for personally.
That integration does however pose some concerns for me with recent issues with Facebook and security. I would not open up my whole library to being uploaded and my seeing my face somewhere it doesn’t need to be.
In the ’09 version you could publish pictures and keep them in sync via Facebook albums that you would create specifically for upload. However in the ’11 version you can tag and link to your Facebook friends images that you might have. You can also pick out that perfect singular picture for commenting on and uploading as well.
